1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Journey Jewel Travels services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
Journey Jewel Travels provides premium travel planning and booking services including but not limited to vacation packages, hotel reservations, transportation arrangements, and travel consultation services.
3. Booking and Payment Terms
All bookings require a deposit to secure reservations
Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure
Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed and deposited
We accept major credit cards and bank transfers
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 90 days prior: 10% cancellation fee
60-89 days prior: 25% cancellation fee
30-59 days prior: 50% cancellation fee
Less than 30 days: 100% cancellation fee
5. Limitation of Liability
Journey Jewel Travels acts as an agent for various travel suppliers and our liability is limited to the terms and conditions of those suppliers. We are not responsible for acts of God, weather delays, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control.
